The world’s first mobile device for zero joints

The HIT-M is the first and only mobile device for creating an optical zero joint. With the hot air injection technique, all commercially available zero-joint edges with an applied functional layer can be processed – without the use of additional adhesive. Classic pre-coated EVA hot melt adhesive edges can also be processed without any problems. It shows its great strengths especially with free shapes or narrow radii. In addition, perfectly straight, slanted and round panel materials can be processed. Sloping cutting surfaces of up to 55° are no problem.

Height adjustment

The height adjustment is infinitely adjustable from 10 to 65 mm edge height.

In conjunction with the BAT processing table, the mobile zero-joint edger becomes a semi-stationary system. Thanks to the perfect workpiece support with adjustable ball rollers, almost all edging situations are possible.

Angle table function

The BAT significantly simplifies approaching sloping edges. All angle settings from 0 – 55° are freely adjustable. Common angle settings can be locked. The pneumatic unlocking and damping of the angle adjustment make handling easier.

Pivotable vacuum plate

To safely rework the edge, the workpiece can be fixed with the vacuum plate. A button valve switches it off when not in use. Other plate shapes are available as special accessories.
