The world’s first mobile device for zero joints

The HIT-M is the first and only mobile device for creating an optical zero joint. With the hot air injection technique, all commercially available zero-joint edges with an applied functional layer can be processed – without the use of additional adhesive. Classic pre-coated EVA hot melt adhesive edges can also be processed without any problems. It shows its great strengths especially with free shapes or narrow radii. In addition, perfectly straight, slanted and round panel materials can be processed. Sloping cutting surfaces of up to 55° are no problem.

Height adjustment

The height adjustment is infinitely adjustable from 10 to 65 mm edge height.

Hold down

In order to support the support of the plate on the ball rollers of the BAT processing table, the hold-down device, which is available as a special accessory, can optionally be adjusted to the exact plate height.

Connection socket

Especially in semi-stationary use, working can be made significantly easier with a foot switch, which is available as an optional accessory.
